Returns Policy

At Asgard Systems, we strive to deliver high-quality custom-built computers tailored to your exact needs. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our returns policy reflects the time and resources dedicated to each order.

1. Custom Product Returns

All custom-built computer systems are made to order and tailored to your specifications. As such, they are non-refundable once production has commenced. Please ensure that your configuration is correct before placing your order.

Exceptions may apply in the event of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Shipping damage
• Major discrepancies between the product received and the product ordered

In these cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the system at our discretion.

2. Pre-Built and Non-Custom Items

For non-custom or pre-built items (e.g. peripherals, accessories), you may return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in unused, unopened condition with all original packaging intact.

3. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply for:

• Returned pre-built systems that have been opened or used
• Cancelled custom orders before the build has started (to cover administrative and parts sourcing costs)

4. Return Process

To request a return or report an issue:

1. Contact our support team at asgard_systems@outlook.com within the return window.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos if applicable.
3. If eligible, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
• If a return is approved, we will issue a refund (minus applicable fees) within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
