Warranty Policy

At Asgard Systems, we stand behind the quality and performance of our custom-built computers. All systems are assembled and tested with care, and we offer the following warranty coverage for your peace of mind.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Every custom computer purchased from Asgard Systems comes with a 2-year limited hardware warranty, which includes:

  • Parts: Coverage for defects in materials or workmanship of hardware components.
  • Labor: Free labor for diagnosis, repair, or replacement of covered hardware issues.

This warranty begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What’s Covered

  • Faulty hardware due to manufacturing defects
  • Failures due to normal usage under proper conditions
  • On-site or return-to-base service

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Software issues, including operating system corruption or third-party software conflicts
  • Damage from improper installation of components (e.g. GPU swaps, overclocking)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Consumables (e.g. thermal paste, batteries in accessories)
  • Issues resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or acts from the Gods

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain original proof of purchase
  • Ensure the system is used under normal operating conditions
  • Contact support before attempting any repair or disassembly

Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at asgard_systems@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our support team will assist with remote troubleshooting and determine whether a repair, replacement, or part swap is necessary.
  3. If return is required, we will issue an RMA and instructions for return shipping.

6. Shipping Terms

  • During the warranty period:
  • Customer pays for shipping the system to us.
  • Asgard Systems covers return shipping for repaired/replaced systems within the United Kingdom.

7. Limitations of Liability

Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the original hardware. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data—please back up your files regularly
  • Downtime or loss of productivity
  • Third-party equipment or peripherals not purchased from us
